Adived's POV
As soon as they brought Meera near me, I felt a sense of responsibility towards Meera now. I know how to save Meera, and I know that Meera can never do anything wrong. Meera is a very shy type of girl; she can only be free with a few people, which only includes our two families.
But now I have to find out who did this to Meera and why. That's why I asked Siddharth and Rahul to find out about those photos—who took them and why.
Who gains anything by ruining Meera's reputation?
Just then, Ritu stood next to me and started looking at Meera. Meera looked like she was just breathing; she hadn't spoken to anyone.
Ritu whispered softly to me, "Bhai, I think Meera's aunt and her daughter did all this to Meera."
"And why do you think so?" I raised my eyebrow, looking at her.
She made a face and said, "As if you don't know, Bhai! Bhai, we all know how jealous Meera's aunt and her so-called daughter are of Meera. And now they must be even more so."
"Why would they be more jealous now?"
"Offo, Bhai, don't you know that Meera's aunt wanted to get her so-called daughter married to you?"
"Hmm, Ritu is right. I also have doubts about these mother and daughter. If they are behind all this, I won't spare either of them."

Adived and Meera were married, and now it was time for the farewell (bidaai).
Meera was meeting her sister-in-law and Ruchi. As soon as Meera hugged her sister-in-law and moved aside, her brothers and parents were standing there.
As soon as Rohit came to hug Meera, she moved back. Rohit started looking at Meera, but Meera did not say anything and gave a sad smile to Kirti and Ruchi.
Now both the families were just looking at Meera, because this was the first time Meera had not hugged her brother. No matter how sad or angry Meera was with her family, as soon as her brothers or parents hugged or pampered her, all her anger would disappear. But today the situation was different because Meera was not sad or angry today, but deeply hurt by her family. She had never thought that her family would abandon her like this.
Meera came to Adived and said, "When will we leave from here?"
Even now, Meera's eyes were down. He was just looking at Meera—the girl who always kept smiling, who was never sad herself nor could see anyone sad. But today, the smile on Meera's face was far away; her face itself had turned pale.
Meera's parents came to Adived and Adived's parents and said,
"If Meera has done any mistake, then please forgive her considering her a child and those... those photos of her..."
"ALL THOSE PHOTOS ARE FAKE." Meera's parents were about to complete their argument when Adived stopped them midway and said, "I am saying it once again that those photos are fake, and whoever has done this, I will not spare them. And as for the remaining matter of forgiving her considering her a child, we told you, Veeraj, that Meera is also our daughter, not only for the name's sake. After that, Adived held Meera's hand and helped her sit in the car, and Adived also came and sat beside Meera. During all this, Meera did not say anything to anyone.

IN MALHOTRA MANSION
Adived and Meera's car stopped in front of Malhotra Mansion. Everyone was waiting for them. Adived opened the door on Meera's side and gave his hand to Meera.

Both were at the door of Malhotra Mansion. Sudha ji was performing the aarti for both of them. "Come inside the house, my children."
